ENCUENTRO 2024

We will partner with a local church to provide programs for the children in the community.. Our team will also be engaged in light construction projects.

Dates: July 2024

Cost: $950 + flight* & project cost** (if registered by November13)

$1,000+ flight* & project cost** (if registered after November 13)

$1,100+ flight* & project cost** (if registered after December 11)

*Flights will be based on which airport is most convenient for you to fly out of. We will have groups fly from various airports across the district.

**Project cost are estimated at $500 and will vary based on the type of project our partner church needs.

What does the price include? Meals, lodging, transportation in Puerto Rico, district t-shirt and excursion.

What is not included?

1. Flight- we will add flight prices once we know how many people we have going and where everyone will fly out of. We hope to be able to offer flights out of up to 3 airports across the district depending on locations of participants.

2. Project expenses. If the church we are working with needs supplies for light construction or the children’s program we will either add a list of items to bring or a small amount (maybe $25-$50) per person to cover those expenses.
